ChanceTEK LLC ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use the iSydney Enterprise AI Operating System ("Platform").

1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information to provide and improve our Platform:

  • Account Data: Email addresses, display names, and authentication credentials managed securely via Firebase Auth.
  • Operational Data: Agent configurations, system prompts, chat history, tool execution logs, and workflow schedules.
  • User Uploads: Datasets (e.g., Parquet, Avro, JSON, CSV), documents (PDFs), and codebase artifacts uploaded to the workspace.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is utilized strictly for the operation and enhancement of the Platform:

  • To provision and orchestrate autonomous AI agents according to your instructions.
  • To process and analyze large datasets using our internal parser and execution sandbox.
  • To authenticate API requests to third-party integrations (e.g., Model Context Protocol servers) on your behalf.
  • We do not use your proprietary enterprise datasets or custom agent prompts to train foundational AI models.

3. Data Storage and Security

All user data, agent configurations, and execution logs are securely stored in Google Firebase Firestore. We enforce strict Security Rules that ensure data is strictly scoped and accessible only by the authenticated user who owns it. The execution sandbox is strictly isolated to prevent cross-tenant data contamination.

4. Third-Party Integrations

iSydney frequently interacts with third-party LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI) and search engines (e.g., Brave Search). When an agent makes an API call or performs a web search, the relevant context is securely transmitted to these external providers. Please review the privacy policies of these respective third parties, as they govern the handling of data once transmitted outside the Platform.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You retain full control over your operational data. You may delete individual agents, chat logs, or uploaded datasets at any time via the user interface. Deleting data removes it permanently from our active Firestore database.
